Week-end de course et cap sur le Tour de France Femmes

Le week-end dernier a été intense et riche d’enseignements pour notre équipe !

Samedi, lors de la Périgord Ladies, nos coureuses ont montré une belle cohésion, avec à la clé un top 10 signé Morgane Coston sur une course exigeante. Une performance collective solide qui confirme notre forme du moment.

Dimanche, place à la Picto-Charentaise, dernière manche de la Coupe de France FDJ. Tout se déroulait parfaitement jusqu’au dernier tour à Châtellerault, avec nos coureuses bien placées dans le premier peloton. Malheureusement, Giorgia a chuté (sans gravité) et à 2 km de l’arrivée, Kaja Rysz, en position de jouer le podium, a crevé. Le temps d’être dépannée, ses chances s’étaient envolées…

Malgré la frustration, nous conservons la tête du classement général de la Coupe de France FDJ, preuve de notre régularité et de l’engagement de tout le groupe.

What a weekend for the team — intense, emotional, and full of lessons!

On Saturday, during the Périgord Ladies, our riders showed great teamwork and determination, with Morgane Coston securing a strong top 10 in a demanding race. A solid collective performance that confirms our good form.

Sunday was the Picto-Charentaise, the final round of the FDJ French Cup. Everything was going smoothly until the final lap in Châtellerault, with our entire team well-positioned in the front group. Unfortunately, Giorgia crashed (thankfully without serious injury), and with just 2 km to go, Kaja Rysz suffered a flat tire while in contention for a podium. By the time she was back on the bike, the opportunity was gone…

Despite the frustration, we maintain our lead in the overall FDJ French Cup standings, a testament to the team’s consistency and commitment.
