From Roland Cycling Team we are happy to announce the commitment of our main sponsors, Roland and Cogeas to trust in our project that extends its future for at least five years.
With this prolonged agreement from our main sponsors, we managed to create a solid project that contributes to the growth of professionalism in women’s cycling, which is unstoppable since the last years.
We want to give a chance to young cyclists who aspire to become professionals in a top level team, regardless of the type of cyclist they are, as we seek to improve in all areas. As part of the training project and in the absence of a great leader, this offers everyone the opportunity to develop both individually and collectively in our team. We want to work with young cyclists in order to be able to make good coaching progress and accompany them in the process of becoming great cyclists in the international peloton.
To do so, and as a World Tour team, we have the possibility to compete in the best races in the world, always combining these events with others of second or third level to complete a fully enriched calendar from January to October.
