Une semaine bretonne intense et marquante pour l’équipe
Cette semaine en Bretagne aura été riche en émotions et en enseignements pour notre équipe, avec trois jours de course exigeants et disputés.
🟢 Jeudi, sur la Pointe du Raz Ladies Classic, nos coureuses ont su faire preuve de combativité sur un parcours piégeux parsemé de chemins. Malgré une chute à mi-course pour Tamara Dronova et Giorgia Vettorello, le collectif a permis un retour en tête de course. Giorgia, victime d’un nouveau souci mécanique, n’a pu aller au bout, mais nous avons frôlé la bonne échappée avant de signer un beau tir groupé : Mia Griffin 6e, Sylvie Swinkels 8e, et Tamara 9e.
⚠️ Vendredi, lors de la Classique du Morbihan, tous les espoirs ont été contrariés par une chute collective qui a touché l’ensemble de notre effectif après 40 km. Tamara et Giorgia, une nouvelle fois durement touchées, ont néanmoins terminé. Avec seulement deux coureuses dans le groupe de tête, il était difficile de peser dans le final, mais Mia s’est accrochée pour décrocher une 11e place méritoire.
💪 Samedi, pour le Grand Prix du Morbihan, la fatigue et les blessures ont pesé. L’équipe, diminuée physiquement, a fait de son mieux pour exister dans la course. Sylvie Swinkels s’est distinguée une nouvelle fois par sa régularité en terminant dans le second groupe, sur un tracé qui ne lui était pas favorable.
Une semaine éprouvante, mais pleine de solidarité, de courage et de promesses pour la suite. Bravo à toute l’équipe pour son engagement.

An intense and memorable week in Brittany for the team
This week in Brittany has been rich in emotions and lessons for our team, with three demanding and hard-fought days of racing.
🟢 On Thursday, at the Pointe du Raz Ladies Classic, our runners showed their fighting spirit on a tricky course dotted with paths. Despite Tamara Dronova and Giorgia Vettorello falling off mid-race, the collective effort enabled them to get back to the front of the race. Giorgia, victim of another mechanical problem, was unable to go all the way, but we came very close to a good breakaway before signing a fine grouped finish: Mia Griffin 6th, Sylvie Swinkels 8th, and Tamara 9th.
⚠️ On Friday, during the Classique du Morbihan, all hopes were dashed by a collective crash that affected our entire squad after 40 km. Tamara and Giorgia, once again hard hit, nevertheless finished. With only two runners in the leading group, it was difficult to make any impact in the finale, but Mia hung on to take a deserved 11th place.
💪 For Saturday’s Grand Prix du Morbihan, fatigue and injuries took their toll. The team, physically diminished, did its best to exist in the race. Sylvie Swinkels once again distinguished herself by her consistency, finishing in the second group on a course that was not favorable to her.
A trying week, but full of solidarity, courage and promise for the future. Well done to the whole team for their commitment.
